8. Shang-Chi’s fight on the bus
In Shang-Chi, a new Marvel hero must confront the true Mandarin

The movie about Shang-Chi has some elements from Asian cinema. In addition to mystical creatures, there are also many fights that primarily focus on classic hand-to-hand combat. The coolest fight scene is probably the one on the bus, quite early in the film.
The fight is self-contained and has its own tension arc, and especially the choreography makes use of the conditions on the bus. There is room for humor, but also for impressive moves. The jokes especially feel less forced than in other films.
This makes the fight reminiscent of Jackie Chan’s films, where everything is used to somehow win a fight. The camera could have been a bit steadier, but it is still worth watching the relatively underrated Marvel movie.
