Blizzard’s Trade Show BlizzCon Returns in November
Almost every year, the game developer Blizzard celebrates its own convention, the so-called BlizzCon in Anaheim, California. The date has now been set for November 4th and 5th. This year, fans from around the world are once again invited to experience the innovations in Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, StarCraft 2, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, and Overwatch and get a first look at content that will come in the future.
A ticket costs a proud $199 to participate directly at BlizzCon 2016 (travel arrangements must be handled separately).
Tickets will be sold over 2 different days to give all interested parties a chance. The first sale will take place on Thursday, April 21st at 3:00 AM, the second opportunity is April 23rd at 7:00 PM. Usually, the tickets sell out within minutes, fans should mark these dates in red on their calendars.
As in previous years, a “virtual ticket” will again be available for purchase, so that viewers can watch the spectacle from their home computers without having to bring their real-life avatar to America. However, it is still unclear when the virtual tickets will be available and what they will cost, and this will be announced at a later date.
What will be discussed at BlizzCon is still largely a mystery. As every year, there will be numerous panels and presentations, and surely one or the other revelation of a new expansion. As soon as there is new information, we will keep you updated.
