Then the update will be released: EnMasse announced one of the largest updates for TERA on April 2nd. This is set to be released for the console versions on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, bringing the consoles closer to the PC version.
The update will introduce new content and revamped systems to TERA. New dungeons and events are also being added.
What the update brings: The update coincides with TERA’s anniversary in April, which is why some events are in planning. The following content will be added:
- The little Elins can become gunners with the update. An event for leveling up will be held in each region.
- At level 65, there will be a new quest to obtain a Guardian armor set, which introduces a new system for upgrading armor.
- With Guardian Legion missions, players can earn performance-based rewards.
- A series of events will be announced soon.
Additionally, players can dive into new dungeons in April. A total of nine new dungeons have been announced for April, including four fortresses that will also come in a difficult variant.
Moreover, a collaboration with Twitch has been announced, through which Twitch Prime members will receive exclusive in-game items from March 22nd until July 28th.
TERA will continue to be supported: In August 2018, the servers for TERA on PS4 and Xbox One were merged. Of the originally 22 shards, only seven servers remain.
Nonetheless, TERA is still being supported by EnMasse: The last update for the console versions was in January and introduced a new class with the Moon Dancer.
