The MMORPG TERA, which was released in April for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, offers some new content in May. Every week of the month, TERA players on consoles will have something to do, such as XP events or new dungeons. They want to become tougher, but apparently the new hard modes are still too easy for the players.
EnMasse wants to keep players of the console versions of TERA engaged and is introducing several new features for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in May. Among other things, there will be an XP event and tougher dungeons.
What to expect for consoles in May
The studio has now pointed out in a blog post the upcoming content for the console version of TERA. Players are expected to have something to do every week of the month.

May 1
- First delivery of the item pass, a type of digital loot crate with random rewards that change monthly.
- Dungeon Lilitas Fortress (Hard): The dungeon is designed for players at level 65 and item level 417 or higher.
May 8
- PvP battleground Corsairs Stronghold: In the level 65 battleground, a 20vs20 rumble will be played with a best-of-three siege mode. One team must defend a fortress while the other attacks. In the second round, roles will switch.
May 18–27
- XP event: Monsters in the field or dungeons will grant double experience points.
May 22
- Dungeon Lachelitas Ruins (Hard): Hard mode of the dungeon added last month. The hard variant of Lachelitas Ruins is also designed for five players with the current maximum level of 65, who should have an item level of at least 422.

TERA brings harder content – but is it enough?
Why so much hard mode? It is noticeable that EnMasse is increasingly introducing dungeons with a higher difficulty level in May. Many players complain that TERA on consoles is too easy. Even bosses can be easily defeated alone. They are supposed to be a significant challenge for multiple players.
What do the players say? No less than 40 minutes after the hard mode of the Lilitas Fortress went live, the dungeon was already conquered on PlayStation 4. The group that managed to get the server first achieved this with only four people.
