In the fantasy MMO TERA players can now earn an extra character slot for free for two weeks if they log in. The reason is the arrival of the Arcane Engineer, a lady with a slight weapon fetish.
US sites have introduced the new class “Arcane Engineer” in the past few days and could not take their eyes off the extravagant, well-rounded, oversized weapon she carries. Bigger than the heroine herself, US journalists report in amazement. In gameplay, she relies on movement, movement, movement.
The local publisher of TERA, Gameforge, also promises movement from the new heroine. And they do not want to stand in her way: players should have space to try out the lady with the gun. Therefore, everyone who logs in from April 28 to May 12 will receive an additional character slot. Even hero collectors can benefit from this, collecting heroes like others do with surprise eggs… or achievements. The previous maximum of 12 created characters will be increased to 13 accordingly.
Players will receive an item with which they can unlock a slot between 3 and 13. They can create any character they want on this slot. So it is not exclusive to the Arcane Engineer. Players are advised by Gameforge to pick up the item on the server where they wish to create the additional character. The item will be located in the item delivery and can be activated by right-clicking.
