Many items in Teamfight Tactics can be used multiple times by a champion. They “stack,” as it is said, meaning they can be stacked and remain effective or even become stronger in larger numbers. Some items, however, only work once across the entire team. This is why we have created this overview for you.
What is the problem with the items? In LoL Auto Chess, Teamfight Tactics, items play a central role. They can single-handedly determine the outcome of a match.
But if you are unlucky, you will only get very few items. These should then be used as effectively as possible.
To ensure that you do not accidentally build an item twice on a champion that does not actually work twice, there is this simple overview.

It is important to note that when stacking we only refer to the special effect of the item. Of course, you still get the basic values of an item even though the additional effect does not work.

These items can be used multiple times on champions
The items collected here can easily be used multiple times on your champions. For some, this is even very helpful. For example, in the current meta, particularly the item “Statikk Shiv” is built up to three times on ranged champions like Ashe.
Some items have been marked with a comment because they are stackable, but multiple versions of them are not meaningful.

- Amulet of the Iron Solari
- Relief Strike (healing stacks but not meaningfully, as many champions already get maximum healing)
- Bloodthirster
- Dragonclaw (two claws provide 100% magic resistance)
- Thornmail
- Frozen Heart
- Guinsoo’s Rageblade
- Hextech Gunblade
- Nature’s Wrath
- Rabadon’s Deathcap
- Runaans Hurricane
- Rapid Firecannon (often unnecessary on ranged units as the range is already maximally large)
- Bladebreaker (each item has a 25% chance)
- Sword of the Divine
- Spear of Shojin
- Statikk Shiv
- Silence (each item has a 50% chance)
- Titanic Hydra
- Cursed Blade (each item has a chance by itself, a single attack can even reduce a champion from level 3 to 1)
- Warmog’s Armor
- Seraph’s Embrace
- Zeke’s Herald
- Zephyr (on one champion, bugs occur so that sometimes an opponent is hit multiple times simultaneously)
These items only work once per champion
For items that only work once per champion, it is usually because they have a one-time effect. The Phantom Dancer makes champions immune to critical damage. However, they do not become “more immune” with the second one.
Most spatula items that grant an additional class or origin have no effect if used a second time on a champion.

This item only works once per team
The Ionic Spark item only works once for the entire team. It always causes 150 true damage whenever an opponent casts a spell.
If you have multiple of those, the additional versions of Ionic Spark are simply deactivated.
