If you want more details about Set 3, you can find them in our Cheat Sheet, in our guide with 2 champion combos for the start of the set or in the official video from Riot Games:
Update January 14: It is now known that TFT Mobile is expected to be released in mid-March. At the same time, the release of Set 3 with many new champions is also planned.
What does Teamfight Tactics Mobile offer? The mobile version of TFT will, unlike League of Legends Wild Rift, be identical to the PC game. Accordingly, there will also be crossplay between the two platforms.
In the future, you will be able to engage in exciting duels and battles for ranking spots on your smartphone, just as it should be for a good Auto Chess game.
When will TFT Mobile be released? The release of the mobile version is planned for the first quarter of 2020. However, beta phases should start as early as January.
You can already pre-register in the Google Play Store.
TFT and Smartphone – It fits
Why does TFT belong on smartphones? Auto Chess games like Teamfight Tactics are easy to play on smartphones because:
- Touchscreen controls are very simple, as you can place the champions very precisely.
- The battles are fought automatically, and you don’t have to act continuously.
- Strategy and thinking are more important than reaction speed.
- You also have time to look away from your smartphone occasionally.
Other Auto Battlers have already demonstrated crossplay. The classic Auto Chess was described by our author as the perfect game for smartphones. Dota Underlords also offers a mobile version and crossplay with the PC.
New updates for TFT? At the event for the 10th anniversary of League of Legends, the developers announced many innovations, including the second champion set for Teamfight Tactics.
It was released on November 6, coinciding with Patch 9.22. In addition to new champions and balance changes, the update also brought new arenas and little legends.
