What kind of watch is this? In the image on reddit , the gadget is called “Tomogunchi Watch” and according to player statements, it was available for 1000 CoD points.
The watch features an egg and the overall design recalls the Tamagotchis that were very popular in the 90s.

The watch was a mistake – release later
This is what the developers say: Joel Emslie, Art Director for Infinity Ward, responded saying that it was a mistake. The watch is not yet available in the shop and is not functioning yet.
The watch is currently not available. However, it seems that a large part of the Tamagotchi is finished and it could soon be coming to the shop.
What should the watch be able to do? The player who mistakenly got to test the watch reports that it does not have significant effects. It only makes sounds when enemies are eliminated.
Infinity Ward also mentioned that it is indeed not functioning properly. It seems that the Tamagotchi watch has even more features that are currently unknown.
