Star Wars: Battlefront is based on the latest version of Dice’s Frostbite engine. This engine delivers fantastic graphics, but it has also shown in games like Battlefield 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition that you need a pretty decent PC for the good looks. And so it is with the system requirements for Star Wars: Battlefront.

So if you want to intervene in the war of the rebels against the empire with maximum details, you need a pretty good PC: Especially the 16 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 970 might not be in everyone’s computer. However, it has also been shown that games with the Frostbite engine look very good even on medium and even minimal details. So you probably don’t have to set everything to maximum for Star Wars: Battlefront to enjoy a good-looking Star Wars multiplayer experience.
