A Mail Away from the Story…
If you’ve been unsure whether the latest expansion of Star Wars: The Old Republic is really worth it, you can now see for yourself. The first chapter of “Knights of the Fallen Empire”, “The Hunt”, is now available for all former subscribers free of charge. In the nearly hour-long intro, the story of the expansion gets underway, and important details about the state of affairs in the galaxy are clarified – foremost, the eternal Emperor Valkorion, who has established an entirely new form of rule.
However, there is a small hurdle: to gain access to the first chapter, you must be registered for the SWTOR newsletter. Those who haven’t done so in the past need not despair, as you can still register later on the official SWTOR site.
As part of the promotion, you can also create a character directly at level 60 – so it’s not necessary to level any existing characters manually first.
The offer is valid until January 4, 2016, so there is plenty of time to take a first look at the expansion during the holidays.
