Launch of Chapter 14 went as planned
This month, the developers of BioWare’s Star Wars: The Old Republic held a livestream discussing the current events surrounding the MMORPG. They looked back at the past weeks and also took a peek into the future.
Overall, the team is quite satisfied with the release of Chapter 14 of the episodic expansion “Knights of the Fallen Empire”, as there were hardly any significant bugs this time – something the community had often criticized before.
New Companion for SWTOR’s 5th Anniversary
SWTOR will soon celebrate its 5th anniversary, and the developers have planned something very special for it. Although no concrete details are known yet, the rough plan is as follows: During the celebrations, all “light” and “dark” decisions made by players will be counted and compared at the end. Depending on which choice the community made more, the next companion of the game will belong either to the light or the dark side of the Force – this will also change its character and story. These decisions are expected to have further impacts on the entire game.

A Preview of Chapter 15 “GEMINI Deception”
Briefly, there was also talk about the next chapter of KotFE. Starting June 28, 2016, “Chapter 15: GEMINI Deception” will launch, focusing on Scorpio and the titular GEMINI droids. Players will have to make a daring attack on Arcann’s fleet to try to gain control over all his warships. According to the developers, this is one of the “coolest chapters” of the entire expansion. So, it’s something to look forward to.
