What does the update bring in new content? Players can discover a completely new biome called “Desertum,” which represents a barren desert landscape. You can also find corresponding new flora and fauna there.
In addition, a new survivor named “Sora Satoh” will be added to the game, who, due to her improved combat skills and resistance to high temperatures, represents a valuable addition to the group of stranded individuals.
Furthermore, three new moons will be introduced that influence the gameplay. At the beginning of a new game, you can select one of the moons and receive special effects in the game:
- Jason: More misfortune among the survivors and harder animal attacks, but enough time to prepare and recover
- Nyx: More animal attacks at night
- Chaos: Animal events become unpredictable, but potentially more interesting
