In the latest episode 7 vs. Wild season 3, a team made an incredible find. How the production could have overlooked it remains a mystery. There are also exciting encounters with the other teams.

What was found? On their expedition through the forests, the team of Ann-Kathrin “Affe auf Bike” Bendixen (23) and Hannah Assil (32) came across an abandoned village. The village consists of several abandoned hunting cabins in usable condition. There was even a toilet hut on site. The houses are made of wood, but they have glass windows and lockable doors. One house is even two stories high.
Given the condition of the village and the magazines found, it appears that the village has not been visited for about 30 years. Contrary to expectations, the village was full of useful resources for the team.
How the production could have overlooked the village is puzzling. Other teams, such as the team of the founding father of 7 vs. Wild, Fritz Meinecke, received instructions on where they were allowed to move. This does not seem to have been the case with the wildcard team, which is why this situation has arisen. In the past, there have been recurring problems with the production company.
What items could the team grab? In the village, the participants found a variety of useful items, including:
- toilet paper / Zewa
- German books and magazines (dated 93/94)
- slippers
- clothes
- plastic boxes
- broom
- an oven
- pot holders
- lighter and ashtray
- firewood
The list is incomplete as not all houses were shown in the series.
Why didn’t the participants stay there? The team asks themselves in the episode whether they would have stayed there if they had discovered the village on day 2. Hannah believes in the episode that the village has a mystical aura, although she states that she finds it somewhat crazy. She would prefer to stay at her current home.
The team had already made themselves quite comfortable over the past week and had built a chair in addition to a bed.

Wolves scare a “7 vs. Wild” team
Where are there problems with wolves? With Knossi and Sascha Huber (31), there was already a wolf in close proximity to the sleeping place in episode 2. At the end of the current episode, influencer Knossi discovers a wolf solution at their shelter in the middle of the night. Earlier in the day, the two had already noticed an unusual smell of urine that is said to have surrounded the participants’ sleeping area.
Whether the wolves feel threatened by the team’s intrusion or want to mark their territory is not clarified by an info box. The situation appears threatening in the middle of the night, especially since it happened only a few meters away from the participants’ camp.
Have Trymacs and Rumathra found their way back? Maximilian “Trymacs” Stemmler (29) and Wieland “Rumathra” Welte (27) no longer had a camera battery, which is why they can only tell the story of their adventurous return journey. The influencer team seems to have mastered the way back. Although they considered getting picked up, they managed to fight their way back through the forest to the shelter.
The day after the expedition, Trymacs suffers from severe kidney pain and can only survive the whole day with painkillers. In the evening, however, Trymacs seems to be doing quite well again, as he plays a game of chess on Rumathra’s homemade chessboard.
How are Papaplatte and Reeze doing? They both seem to be doing better than in the past days. Although Dominik “Reeze” Reezmann (30) continues to struggle with circulation problems, the team makes one last attempt to return to the beach to find food there. At the beach, the team finds algae but is unsure whether it is edible.
In the episode, the team also expands their shelter. The sleeping area of the two gets walls made of brushwood, which are important for protection against the wind.
For building a shelter, each team needs the right items, the secret has finally been revealed.
