The fantasy MMORPG Neverwinter is celebrating the summer festival in July.
As soon as the anniversary event in June is over, the next one begins: Summer is celebrated joyfully and exuberantly in Neverwinter. The multi-week event “Summer Festival” runs until July 30 at 7 PM our time. There are daily quests, some contests, and especially a lot of cosmetic items that radiate summer joy.
You have to bring livestock to the stable, fend off attacking trolls, you can splash each other in a water battle or collect flowers. All this to have fun and earn points, with which you can buy all sorts of trinkets like a water horse, a riding pig, or a dragon piñata :
Game-wise, the guild strongholds, which are coming this year, will be the focus for Neverwinter for the rest of 2015. A lot has been planned and the world is being flooded with blog posts about the individual sections. Additionally, they want to properly supply the Xbox One version with content to get it up to speed with the PC version as quickly as possible.
