What game is it about? It is about the new survival game ASKA, which has been released today, on June 20, in Early Access on Steam. The game was already regarded as a competitor to Valheim, as it is said to offer more features before its release for many players.
Originally, the game was supposed to be released a year after its announcement in 2022, namely in 2023. However, the game faced delays and has only now been released in Early Access.

Build a new village as a tribe leader
What is the game about? ASKA is a survival game that immerses you in the world of the Vikings. You take on the role of a tribe leader who builds and manages a self-sufficient village from scratch. NPCs assist you in your task, which you must lead and organize to ensure they work effectively and survive in battle.
You explore a dynamically generated world, discover hidden caves, and gather vital resources. Meanwhile, you face the challenges of changing seasons and fight against mystical foes.
Why is the game compared to Valheim? One aspect that will likely remind many players of Valheim is the game’s aesthetics and atmosphere, which are reminiscent of the extremely successful survival hit. Like in Valheim, it seems that ASKA also features powerful bosses that you must defeat, and you can do this with up to 3 friends.
However, ASKA clearly differs from Valheim in one regard: Your main objective is to build up your tribe.
