David Fincher has made legendary films as a director. These include The Social Network, Seven, and Fight Club. His last film was Monk and now, after 3 years, his new film The Killer will be available on Netflix starting from November 10, 2023.
What is The Killer about?
- The Killer is an action thriller based on a comic series.
- The lead role is played by Michael Fassbender, whom most probably know as Magneto from the X-Men series.

Why should you keep an eye on the film? First and foremost, of course, because of the director. David Fincher is especially known for his thrillers and dramas. Gone Girl, The Social Network, and Fight Club have a very special atmosphere.
The screenwriter Andrew Kevin Walker is also involved, and in combination with David Fincher, they created the film Seven together. The story about a hitman, along with the focus on a detailed depiction of planning and execution of the work, promises a gripping story with Fincher and Walker.
But the actors are also noteworthy. Although Michael Fassbender has had missteps in his career, he has a cold yet charming presence, which can also be seen in his role as Magneto in the X-Men films. With Tilda Swinton, another great actress joins the film, who can impress in quirky roles.
When and where can you watch the film? Unfortunately, the film does not run regularly in German cinemas; only in special screenings, if at all. However, from Friday, November 10, 2023, you can watch the film on Netflix.
