Oh, dreams do come true! During a livestream about Star Wars: The Old Republic, the developer Bioware personally surprised fans with a teaser video called “Welcome Home”.
There are no further details about Housing yet, but this is definitely the best answer to the upcoming wave of high-profile MMORPGs in 2014! The apartment shown in the video is clearly located on the planet Coruscant. Are there more places to follow? I also suspect that it is an instanced housing system (it would be awesome if there were open housing zones on the planet where players could settle), but this is purely speculation in this case.
We can also expect an announcement on the official site soon, which will likely provide more in-depth information!
What do you actually think about Housing being introduced in SW:TOR? Does it maybe bring back memories of Star Wars Galaxies?
