How many planets are there in Star Wars Jedi Survivor? In total, there are 6 planets to explore, one of which is a destroyed moon that orbits a planet. Additionally, there is Nova Garon, which is a base in an asteroid. The following are known:

Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Overview of All Planets
Coruscant
What kind of planet is this? This is the starting point of your journey in Jedi Survivor. Here, you will become acquainted again with the protagonist Cal Kestis.
Koboh
What kind of planet is this? Koboh serves as a main hub where you will find Greez and his cantina: Pyloon’s Saloon. This planet offers a western feel where you can follow the main story or engage in side quests.
Jedha
What kind of planet is this? Jedha is a desert planet where you can explore a lot of barren landscapes and a secret base.
Koboh’s destroyed moon
What kind of planet is this? The destroyed moon of Koboh will be frequently visited by you during the main story to progress. It hosts a research facility that you will be able to explore freely at a later point.
Nova Garon
What kind of planet is this? This destination is one of the smaller areas. You will be able to explore an ISB station in Nova Garon. This asteroid is located more towards the end of the main story of Jedi Survivor.
Tanalorr
What kind of planet is this? Tanalorr is the last planet on your travel list. This place is said to be a refuge for those who want to escape the Empire. A mysterious and difficult-to-reach planet.
Can I revisit the planets? Yes, you can, but not right from the start. You need to progress further in the story to unlock the feature.
To be able to fast travel, you need meditation points that are spread across the planets. At these points, you can meditate to reacquire planets you have visited before, to complete side quests and collect items you missed earlier.
