The Elder Scrolls Online is also popular among celebrities. Recently, series star Mayim Bialik, better known as Amy from The Big Bang Theory, tried her hand at ESO and created a Khajiit heroine.
If you often wander around in The Elder Scrolls Online, it’s likely that you will encounter a Khajiit named “Lilith Meowstein“. Behind her is actress Mayim Bialik. In the comedy series The Big Bang Theory, she plays Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler, an eccentric neurobiologist and friend of the even weirder Dr. Sheldon Cooper.
Which race is the least pursued here?
In real life, Mayim Bialik recently launched a YouTube series called “Mayim Tries”, where she will try out various games. It starts here with The Elder Scrolls Online. Mayim begins with character creation (which she refers to as “Roll-Up” in light of her D&D past) and clumsily navigates through the many menus.
During this, typical Amy traits also come to the fore, for example when she sees the word “Bonusses” in the menu and immediately coolly notes, “I think the correct plural is Boni!”. Furthermore, she finds it very difficult to decide on anything. Even the choice of gender is not straightforward.
Choosing a race becomes even more complicated: “Which race is the least pursued here?” According to her cameraman, the Dark Elves are the most pursued. Mayim doesn’t like them anyway, nor the Imperials, “Why would I play a standard human, that’s what I am every day!” However, she likes the cat-like Khajiit much more, who can just barely outpace the Argonian reptilians.
“Oh, she’s furry!”
The fun continues when Mayim discovers the body customization menu in ESO. You can customize almost every detail there, and Mayim is initially quite surprised when she sees the furry body of her cat woman for the first time in all its glory!
After that, she plays around with the sliders and enjoys how fat or thin heroes can be made in ESO. More than 5 minutes pass, during which Mayim tries all sorts of sliders and options, until eventually a gold-speckled Khajiit with a braid and eyepatch stands ready.
Now she just needs a name; “Golden Meower” is discarded just like “Mayim”. In the end, Mayim decides to give the Khajiit a “strong, female name” and names the cat “Lilith Meowstein”.
After that, she starts the tutorial and what she experiences there will likely be the topic of further episodes of “Mayim Tries”. We have embedded the funny video here for you. Enjoy!
By the way, it’s worth getting into ESO, thanks to the Morrowind chapter, it now has over 10 million registered players.
