Splitgate is an old-school shooter that is taking off on Steam. The game involves competing against each other in arenas. The gameplay is reminiscent of Halo, but is enhanced by portals that allow you to teleport or shoot through them, similar to the game Portal. Splitgate was released in beta on Steam on May 24, 2019, and has since been released for Xbox and PlayStation as well. In August 2021, Season 0 started with some new content.
