What is this offer about? Sony is giving you the opportunity today, on December 15, 2021, to purchase a PS5 directly through Sony. “PlayStation Direct” is the direct sales channel for PlayStation hardware via Sony itself. So, you are buying directly and have no middleman or seller.
Is there a catch? You can only buy a PS5 from Sony if you have received an email with a personalized link. Through this link, you will access Sony’s shop and can purchase a PS5 and the corresponding accessories.
