The Allods Team and My.com have released the major update “Crucible of the Gods” for the MMORPG Skyforge.
With the update, you can expect plenty of new features and changes. We would like to introduce the most important ones:
Divine Form
With the Divine Form, you can now become a god and progress in the newly unlocked Divine Atlas. Some of the adventures in the fantasy world are impossible to complete by mortals and immortals alike – only gods can do this. By completing the new main quest “New God,” which becomes available to you after approximately 35,000 prestige points, you unlock your Divine Form along with new abilities.
Invasions
The world of Aelion is threatened by dark forces. An invasion of alien gods is taking place. These evil gods must be stopped! The invasions are massive events that affect all players and take place in multiple phases. Every time you complete one of the phases, you progress in the Divine Atlas and receive bonuses that do not count toward the weekly limits.
Raids
Raids are special challenges for those looking for high-end PvE content. During a raid, ten gods must face two special adventures and battle the strongest creatures of Aelion. These adventures include the “Mechanoid Ship” and “Operation Isabella.” Those who take on a raid must prove their tactical skills!
Anomalies
Group adventures of a special kind that take place in an open world are the anomalies. Five players find themselves in a massive region that can also be visited by multiple groups simultaneously. Here, “Tessa’s Sanctuary” serves as a meeting point near the anomalies. There, gods gather to embark on the adventure together. Anomalies are packed with Ether Resonators. These allow you to exchange resources for sparks for the Progress Atlas and other epic rewards. In the anomalies, you will need to utilize a new and important attribute: tactical intuition, which allows you to overcome the defenses of powerful enemies.
Distortions
If you discover distortions in the divine observatory with the distortion meter, you teleport directly to the opponent’s hideout. A group of ten gods then fights there in an arena against very powerful enemies. As a reward for victory, you can look forward to unique epic weapons and trophies as well as spark particles. The latter must be collected to gain access to your Divine Form.
