The god MMO Skyforge entices players with founder packs that promise special bonuses early on.
“Founder packs” are a form of monetization in Free2Play games. Even before the game officially launches, the developers are already selling such packs, often in various versions and price ranges. These typically guarantee beta and even alpha access, promising to ease the start with special bonuses, premium currency, and special items for the beginning.
Such founder packs are also offered by Skyforge, which will enter the next beta on Tuesday.
