When Time Stands Still – the Photo Mode of Skyforge
The Update March of Knowledge primarily brings a cool feature for those who like to create impressive collections of screenshots. The “Photo Mode” allows players to pause Skyforge at any time – no matter what is actually happening. The image freezes, but it is still possible to change the camera position and thus find the perfect angle for a cool screenshot – quite similar to how the developers use it for their images.
However, there is a catch: Since Skyforge is an MMORPG, time doesn’t stand still for other monsters and players. So it can definitely happen that you might meet your end while searching for the golden ratio. But one willingly accepts that for a great snapshot, right?
The second innovation is aimed at players who have fallen a bit behind and are lagging behind their constantly playing colleagues. Those who return later should now be able to close the gap between the pros and the newcomers faster, even with the resistances.
