The MMORPG Skyforge is getting a new update for the PlayStation 4 called “Demonic Dawn.” It introduces demon monsters that want to reshape the game world according to their desires. In new missions and a raid, you must prevent this.
The inhabitants of the Skyforge world Aelion are already used to a lot. After all, new alien monsters come by every few weeks wanting to take over and ravage their beautiful, utopian world. And every time, your characters, the divine defenders of Aelion, are ready to kick the invaders back into space with a good kick.
But soon a new threat will be upon you. Disgusting demons from another dimension want to reshape Aelion according to their wishes.
Finally Demons vs. Gods in Skyforge
Demons have been missing in the foe pool of Skyforge until now. It’s a pity, as hellish adversaries have always been the arch-enemy of every godly being in MMOs. With the new update “Demonic Dawn,” the devilish creatures, along with their master Nihaz from the astral plane, invade Aelion.
Since demons don’t like blooming meadows and vibrant metropolises, they are diligently terraforming the areas they occupy into bizarre distortions. So, look forward to new regions and graphics. Your task is to repel these invasions and revert the changes.
New 10-Man Raid Against the Overdemon
Later in the invasion cycle, you can put an end to the whole ordeal. Then, in a hearty raid for 10 players, you will take on the overlord demon Nihaz himself. Additionally, there are four more new dungeons and loads of loot. So, it’s perfect if you already know the raid in other games like Destiny 2 by heart and want to try something new.
The update “Demonic Dawn” is available from today, December 12, exclusively for the PlayStation 4. The PC and Xbox One versions are set to follow later and will no longer be released in 2017.
The last major update for Skyforge brought the axe murderer “Revenant” as a new class to the game.
