Anyone who wants to own land and a house in SotA to utilize the housing system of the game must either have a lot of luck or a lot of money. Building plots in the game world are only available in limited numbers, so there is a limited number of construction sites. Because you can also buy basement rooms at various depths for money, as well as decorations like fountains, statues, hedges, and more, all of which also cost something. If you think that’s it, you are mistaken.
Because you can even buy entire towns, which cost between 900 and 6,000 dollars depending on their size. The town will then be added to the overworld map. The buyer sets the rules, such as whether there should be open PvP and offers the plots for sale.
The housing of SotA is a goldmine
