The Cycle: Frontier is currently in beta on Steam and seems to be popular with players. The German development studio Yager wants to take advantage of this.
Initially, the ongoing “Closed Beta 2” of the shooter “The Cycle: Frontier” was supposed to last only until April 4th. However, since some players have just found their way into the testing phase, it has now been extended until April 19th.
As the developers explained in a statement, they have nearly doubled the maximum number of simultaneously active players. This is also confirmed by a look at SteamCharts: After the first playtest in autumn 2021 reached a peak of 8,729 players, there are now already 15,764 players at once.
The game seems to have also been noticed on Twitch: “The Cycle: Frontier was among the top three trending games on the streaming platform Twitch on Sunday,” according to the developers’ statement. Therefore, they have now decided to expand the beta in order to gather even more feedback.

What is The Cycle: Frontier?
This is The Cycle: Frontier: Originally, The Cycle aimed to combine battle royale and PvE elements, but then underwent a reorientation.
