The player Shawn E Dawgz is likely the first player of Black Ops 4 to unlock this skin. And that after nearly 72 hours.
What makes it so difficult? Black Ops 4 was only released on October 12. Just on the 15th, Dawgz announced via Twitter that he had unlocked the skin. Therefore, he must have played almost continuously for three days.
Moreover, Dawgz is thus likely the first Black Ops 4 player to unlock the Dark Matter Skin.
What do you need to do to unlock the Dark Matter Skin? For this rare skin, you must get all weapons in multiplayer to gold.
That’s an achievement that probably only hardcore players will accomplish.
This is how the skin changes its appearance: Through kill streaks, Dark Matter changes the look of your weapon. From an initial red glow that is only slightly visible, the weapon takes on an increasingly brighter glowing appearance. In between, the weapon sometimes turns bright pink.
