Vestments of the Tide Sage

How do you get the Vestments of the Tide Sage? The “Ensemble: Vestments of the Tide Sage” can drop from two bosses, but with an extremely low chance of under 1%.
The two bosses are Lord Stormsong and Stormcaller Faye – that is, the 2nd and 3rd bosses in the dungeon “The Shrine of the Storm” in Stormsong Valley. Note that the ensemble can only drop on Mythic difficulty.
It is recommended to complete the dungeon with a cloth wearer, as it has not yet been confirmed if it can also drop or be acquired by other classes.
