What is going on in Diablo right now? Season 2 has been released in Diablo Immortal, and with it, very little to no new content. The Battle Pass has the same rewards, except for a few exceptions, and otherwise, players are engaged in the same activities as before the release.
A gloomy mood is spreading in the community, but perhaps Blizzard has something planned to keep you engaged. We already reported in January about a leak in which skills of a Vampire Knight class were found.

The Blood Knight could surprise you in Season 2
What speaks for a release in Season 2? Season 2 revolves around the Blood Oath. This cult is known for blood rituals in connection with bloody roses. Accordingly, Blizzard has also designed the cosmetic items in the Battle Pass.
If the seventh class is released soon, thematically it would fit with the cosmetic items. But that’s not all. A new event called “Hungry Moon” will await you from July 15 to 18.
In this event, the moon hungers for blood, and it is up to you to satisfy the moon’s hunger. In this event, you must offer sacrifices to ultimately be rewarded with loot. Again, everything revolves around blood.
YouTuber DM: Diablo Immortal theorizes that Diablo may struggle to continuously provide new content in the form of new story elements. Therefore, it is possible that Blizzard will continuously bring new classes to keep players engaged for a longer time. This way, you get variety and fresh wind.
With the upcoming “Class Change” feature, players will be able to switch between classes more easily without having to create a new hero. This way, you can quickly and easily try and play new things. Blizzard has confirmed this feature and scheduled it for a later date in July.
With these points, a release of a new class is quite likely. If the new class is released soon, you can switch to the new class with the “Class Change” feature. All details about the feature are not yet known. However, you might need to farm your gear again.
