On January 24, the new season of the LEC started in League of Legends and Schalke has set high expectations with a new AD Carry. However, the start did not go well at all. The team is dealing with it with gallows humor.
What is the situation? Schalke 04 was actually aiming to make a breakthrough in the LEC this year. They finished 4th in the preseason, but with fresh wind in the team and the well-known AD Carry FORG1VEN, they wanted to make a statement in 2020.
The first week started off really poorly for the team. While the first match ended very closely, they lost the second one decisively against Origin. Ironically, the former AD Carry Upset made a very good impression.
Week 2 was supposed to bring a turnaround, but that also went wrong. Schalke is now trying to take the situation with humor and is entertaining themselves on Twitter with the fans.

How did the game against Fnatic go? In the first 4 minutes, the Fnatic team showed that Schalke had little to gain. They opened the game with two kills on the bot lane.
After that, the bot lane duo, consisting of Hylissang and Rekkles, began roaming across the map and secured two more kills before minute 6.
Fnatic maintained control throughout the entire match, securing the first dragon and the first two towers. Schalke had no chance of winning at any point and lost the game in less than 22 minutes.
