In Fortnite, there have been many vehicles that you can use to move around. Now, with the invasion of the Killer Cubes in Chapter 2 Season 8, tougher measures are needed to contain the threat. Will Epic resurrect an old nightmare for the players?
What hate object is being referred to? The “B.I.E.S.T Mech” or simply “Mech” as it is known. This vehicle became a source of much frustration in the community. With the “Mech”, you have the opportunity to attack your enemies as a duo while being well-protected as you move across the map.
Could a nightmare haunt us again in Fortnite?
It is possible, as leaks suggest. Hypex, the well-known leaker in the Fortnite scene, believes that a lot of weapons are still to come. These will eventually be displayed in the form of Chimpanski’s voting boards, according to Hypex.
Many players have started to hate this device. If you were not in it yourself, you were sweating for your life to escape this horror. In the past, at the community’s request, this machine was adjusted, yet it continued to be disliked thereafter.
What can the B.I.E.S.T? This vehicle is not named “B.I.E.S.T” without reason. In Chapter 1 Season 10, you could fire an integrated shotgun and a rocket launcher with it.
Furthermore, the driver of the vehicle could deploy a shield that required 75 resources. They could also boost and jump far. All this made this invention a pure force of destruction, making it one of the most unpopular devices in Fortnite.
However, as they could now enter Chapter 2 Season 8, Hypex notes a few changes to the B.I.E.S.T:
- Mechs will distort your voice in voice chat to that of robots
- Emote items will now be the appropriate size
- Mechs can now swim on water
- Better charging rate
How does the Mech appear? You will once again have the choice at Chimpanski to select an item. There you can vote for one or the other. The fact is, there will be two items to choose from. One of them possibly being the Mech, if we trust the leak.
When will the Mechs take off? It cannot be stated exactly, as everything is based purely on the leak. However, if we believe this, the Mechs will not make an appearance until the end of Season 8. Until then, you have plenty of time to enjoy the calm atmosphere before the chaos hits.
