The mobile MMO Royal Blood is soon starting its possibly final closed beta, but only in Korea. Nevertheless, this new testing phase promises all kinds of additional information about the high-quality mobile MMO.
Royal Blood is an online role-playing game specifically designed for mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. Unlike previous attempts to establish this genre on smartphones, Royal Blood focuses on high quality. The mobile MMO aims to match modern online role-playing games on PC or console.
Royal Blood – Sexy Heroes and Top MMO Gameplay
Based on the information available so far, it is already known that Royal Blood will not be a pixelated pseudo-MMO for mobile. Instead, the next-gen mobile MMO offers some features that one would hardly think possible on a smartphone:
- Magnificent Graphics: The graphics of Royal Blood are based on the Unity engine. They look so good that Royal Blood has already been awarded prizes.
- Epic Story: The game is expected to have a story that revolves around the epic battle of your hero. At the beginning of the story, he has lost everything and must face his fate. This may not be original, but it promises a lot of action.
- Dynamic Events: You can freely explore the game and continually encounter dynamic events in the game world that you can participate in. This all strongly reminds one of Guild Wars 2.
- Action Combat System: You have 4 classes to choose from: a warrior, a sexy mage, a bard, and a type of gunslinger. Each class has its own strengths and weaknesses. Thanks to the fast-paced action combat system, all battles feel brisk and dynamic.
- Raids & Dungeons: Royal Blood offers raids for 10 players. If you’re looking for a slightly smaller challenge, you can tackle dungeons.
- Massive PvP: Royal Blood focuses on massive conflicts between realms. In this, 100 players battle on each side. However, there is also a 3v3 arena for smaller duels.
Royal Blood – Beta only in Korea, further information expected
The closed beta of Royal Blood starts on September 25 and ends on September 29. The beta – possibly the last one before release – takes place only in South Korea. Gamevil, however, may release Royal Blood in the West later in 2017. New information on this topic from the publisher Gamevil is expected after the beta.
