The Twitch streamers Maximilian “HandOfBlood” Knabe and Kalle sat down after the first Sauercrowd raid and had a message for Sodapoppin: “Lick my balls.”
Who is it about? The WoW hardcore guild Sauercrowd got the inspiration for the project from the American WoW guild OnlyFangs. The founder of OnlyFangs is the American Twitch streamer Thomas “Sodapoppin” Morris. Previously, Sodapoppin had noticed the German guild and wished them good luck for the project – at least in a figurative sense.
Sodapoppin also continuously commented on the performance or deaths of the participants. They were rather negative, as he questioned what level of WoW knowledge the participants actually had.
“I hope these pipes die.”
What did HandOfBlood and Kalle say to Sodapoppin? During the first raid in Molten Core of Sauercrowd, the guild members took a break. In the excitement that everything had gone smoothly up to that point, HandOfBlood and his IRL viewer and colleague Kalle directed a few words at Sodapoppin.
In deliberately broken English, HandOfBlood said: “Hey Sodapoppin, if you are watching: Lick my balls!” (Source: YouTube).
How did Sodapoppin react to the message? Since Sodapoppin does not speak German, he had to have this “request” translated first. However, once he understood, the Twitch streamer laughed.
But that did not stop HandOfBlood’s and Kalle’s comments. They further explained that Sodapoppin would like to participate in Sauercrowd, since the “English people” are all “shit” anyway. Sodapoppin confirmed this, but then said: “I hope these pipes die, dude. I would actually love that. I hope they just die, and then I come back to this VOD.” (Source: YouTube).
How did the first raid of Sauercrowd go? Sodapoppin’s wishes were apparently not granted, as the first raid from Sauercrowd went almost flawlessly. At least the team could not record any deaths, which is extraordinary.
