Riders of Icarus will have an action-oriented control system in the release version without fixed objectives and a date for another beta phase. Additionally, the Korea version will soon feature a new race and exclusive class.
Riders of Icarus, the Korean MMORPG with hundreds of pets and mounts, will also offer a special action mode in addition to the classic point-and-click controls. In this mode, we do not need to select a target, but can freely unleash our actions and hit everything within range and target area. This control is optimal for air battles and melee fighters, though wizards and healers might prefer the classic controls. No worries, both variants can be activated at any time.

The Korean version of Riders of Icarus also has new features. A new race called “Shiring” will be introduced. This is the obligatory “small and cute race” that seems to be a staple in any Asian MMO. The Shiring will also receive a typical new class, the “Idol”. This class is probably similar to the Summoner class in Blade and Soul, except that here teddy bears are summoned instead of cats.
Further Beta Announced
By the way, from June 2 to June 7, 2016, another beta testing phase of Riders of Icarus will take place. Anyone interested in experiencing the thrilling air battles and the vast selection of mounts and pets can sign up for the closed beta test for free on the official website of Riders of Icarus. This is expected to be the last beta date before the release of the MMO.
