The development team of The Repopulation has released a new trailer showcasing the first gameplay scenes from the upcoming sci-fi sandbox MMORPG (from a very early stage of the game).
The project is additionally listed on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, and it is one of the most popular titles there with over 150,000 dollars pledged. They hope to gain additional resources that will benefit the game in terms of features. However, the investment campaign only has a few hours left.
They are clearly focusing on innovative sandbox features and want to give the player as much freedom as possible. The classics Star Wars Galaxies and Ultima Online (old MMORPG veterans will fondly remember), serve as sources of inspiration for The Repopulation. Do you see potential here?
