You want to play Red Dead Redemption again, but your old Xbox 360 is gathering dust somewhere in the basement and you’re too lazy to dust it off? But there’s a current Xbox One in the living room waiting to be used? No problem, because as of today, July 8, 2016, we can play the Xbox 360 version of Red Dead Redemption on the Xbox One.

That’s already pretty cool, but it gets even better: The multiplayer DLCs “Myths and Mavericks”, “Liars and Cheats”, and “Killers” are all included for free. So just install the game from the disc or download it from the Xbox Store for around 7 gigabytes. According to a report from GameStar, the announcement regarding the backward compatibility of Red Dead Redemption has led to a 6,000 percent increase in sales of this game in recent days. Unfortunately, publisher Rockstar has not said anything about a possible sequel to Red Dead Redemption or even a PC version.
