With a glitch, players can get behind the invisible walls in the snow mountains and show what is hidden there in Red Dead Redemption 2: a lake of ice.
What is new? The huge world of Red Dead Redemption 2 invites players to explore various locations and attractions. Players have now found out how to explore a snowy area at Tempest Rim more closely. There, one can find a frozen lake and animals.

On Reddit, user Huntroploria shared his findings. He managed to glitch outside the map. Players were actually sure that this location could not be reached.
However, Huntroploria succeeded and found frozen lakes there.
What do you see? The screenshot he shared shows Arthur with his horse in front of a frozen lake. There are also trees that are partially stuck in the ice and covered with snow.
This also fits the Christmas spirit that has now been ushered in by a subtle update in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Are there animals there as well? Huntroploria writes that there are elk and bighorn sheep in and north of Tempest Rim. What is special about these animals is that they do not run away from the player. One can simply walk up to them.
No other animals have been seen there yet. The spots with the animals are said to be close to the borders of the map.
Are there any attractions to be found there? Besides the frozen lake, there are said to be no special places to find. There are no cabins or other interesting buildings.

This snowy area makes players hope that Rockstar Games will update this area in the future and that it might become playable as a DLC. Players emphasize that they have a lot of fun riding through snowy areas.
