Weight and Ergonomics
The weight: At 134 grams, the Naga V2 Pro is currently one of the heaviest gaming mice I have had on my desk in recent weeks. And the high weight actually surprised me because the competition certainly has lighter MMO mice on offer:
- Corsair’s SCIMITAR RGB ELITE weighs 122 grams.
- EVGA X15 MMO weighs 110 grams.
- The SteelSeries Aerox 9 Wireless weighs only 89 grams and also offers 12 buttons.
However, the Razer mouse comes with interchangeable modules in the package that other manufacturers do not offer. Nevertheless, I find the mouse with its 134 grams way too heavy for a shooter mouse (with the 2-button module used).
If I play an MMO like New World or Star Wars: The Old Republic, the weight bothers me little, as I hardly move the mouse anyway. Here, the focus is more on the 12 buttons that I actively use.
The ergonomics: I have very large hands measuring 19 centimeters and have no trouble reaching all the buttons on the mouse. This applies to both the 12-button module and the version with only 2 buttons.
In palm grip, the mouse feels very good and comfortable, also due to the strongly curved back of the mouse. This allows the hand to rest well, and the thumb can comfortably handle the many buttons while the index finger elegantly operates the mouse wheel.
However, it looks different if you have small hands. My girlfriend has significantly smaller hands than I do and cannot reach the front row (1, 2, and 3) with the 12-button module. The mouse is still comfortable.

The Mouse Buttons and Wheel
The mouse buttons: Razer uses optical switches under the buttons of its mouse, and they feel really good. The buttons of the individual modules and also the general left- and right-click are solid and satisfying. That’s how a mouse should
