Here’s what it’s about: Razer unveiled the Naga X at CES 2021. Prior to this, the manufacturer introduced a cool face mask and an innovative gaming chair. With the new mouse, Razer is directly targeting MMO players.

Razer Naga X – Mouse with Many Buttons for MMO Players
Why is the mouse suitable for MMO players? On the thumb side, there are 12 buttons that you can program freely. Overall, the Razer Naga X has 16 programmable buttons. In MMORPGs, it is essential to have many skills readily available. If you lack a third hand, you will gladly accept the side buttons.
You can configure the buttons as you like. Whether it’s simple skills like spells or complex macros needed for your favorite raid in WoW.

With a weight of 85 grams, the Naga X is the lightest mouse in the Naga family. Inside, it features Razer’s 5G sensor, which is already used in the Viper Ultimate. The 5G sensor is based on the well-known PixArt PMW-3389.
Thanks to the HyperShift mode, you can create a second button profile that can be activated with a key press.
Is there already such a mouse? Razer has a similar mouse in its portfolio with the Naga Pro, which MeinMMO was able to test. With the Naga Pro, you could switch between three side parts, but it costs €169.99. The Naga X is already available for €89.99.
The Razer Naga Hex V2, Razer Naga 2014, and Razer Naga Trinity (with interchangeable side parts) are three other older models in the series.
What is the difference from previous Naga models? Razer uses a higher resolution sensor (18,000 DPI) in the Naga X and its second generation of Razer switches. These are supposed to provide even better haptics and longer durability. Additionally, its weight is lower at 85 grams. The Naga X’s ergonomics are closely aligned with those of the other Naga models.
