Tonight is Razer’s press conference on the occasion of E3. The gaming manufacturer had stated that they want to present innovative technologies and new hardware for gamers. We at MeinMMO are live on-site for you today.
The most important points at a glance:
- Razer has presented its first gaming laptop with an AMD processor: The Razer Blade 14. Prices start in Germany at 1999 euros. Prices go up to 3000 euros, but here you also get an RTX 3080.
- With the Razer Raptor 27, Razer has introduced a 27-inch monitor with THX certification for gamers and creators.
- There were also more details about “Project Hazel”: Razer’s “smart mask” is expected to be limitedly available starting Q4 2021.
- Razer has introduced a new USB-C charger with the Gan Charger. You can charge up to 4 devices simultaneously. The price is 179 US dollars. By the way, the device is much smaller than other chargers.

01:09 AM: Now there is still a piece of news for gaming peripherals! While there isn’t an entirely new device, at least there is a new coat of paint: With the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Six Siege Special Edition, a headset is presented that was created in cooperation between Ubisoft and Razer.
01:05 AM: You can now also see the prices for the new Razer Blade 14 in the official Razer store. The prices do not correspond 1:1 to the dollar rate, but are each 200 euros higher. The prices are a fly in the ointment at an otherwise strong presentation, even though the direct competitor from Asus with the latest G14 model with the 3060 is currently also priced at 1,999 euros, but with a slightly weaker processor and 32 GB of RAM.

- For the processor, Razer relies on an AMD CPU, namely the Ryzen 5900HX, the fastest current mobile processor.
