This lady from WoW eats babies – discovered years later
In World of Warcraft, there is a seemingly harmless troll lady named Challe who secretly runs a daycare on a mountain. Years later, players would find out that the daycare only served one purpose: Challe ate these children for eternal youth.
Where is the Easter Egg hidden? “Challe’s Home for Little Tykes” is located in the mountains directly between Nagrand and Zangarmarsh. Here you will find a house with Challe and many small babies. The house has been there since 2007 and was added with the first expansion “Burning Crusade.”
No one could really place who Challe was and what all the babies were doing there. However, the troll lady seemed nice and reminded players to be quiet because the babies had to sleep.
However, if you go behind the house, you can find bones that might belong to babies.
Four expansions later, the quest “Guise of the Deceiver” was added, in which you have to talk to Challe and kill her. It turns out from the dialogues that the woman is a shapeshifter who eats other people to gain their powers.
Although not confirmed, it can be reasonably assumed that Challe only keeps the babies in her daycare to eat them – for eternal youth.
