With a very special Hearthstone deck, a YouTuber drives his opponents crazy. He takes away all their options!
Over the past months, the three latest Hearthstone expansions in 2017 have introduced plenty of fresh cards. Again and again, fun or powerful combination possibilities are found, allowing for previously unimaginable states to be created.
The YouTuber Disguised Toast has always aimed to find the funniest or most absurd combinations of cards to put his opponents in an unsolvable situation. Apparently, he has now achieved his masterpiece, as there is (almost) no way for the opponent to recover once his combination successfully triggers.
Three cards are especially necessary:
- King Togwaggle
- Explore Un’Goro
- Shudderwock
Astute players will already have an inkling of what Disguised Toast’s plan is here.
First, the opponent’s deck is swapped with his own deck using King Togwaggle. Immediately afterward – still in the same turn – he plays Explore Un’Goro. This replaces all cards in the current deck (the opponent’s) with the 1-mana spell “Discover a Card.”
If the opponent tries to swap back his deck using the tribute card, he now has a deck full of 1-mana spells. These are quickly destroyed by Shudderwock, which instantly wipes out the entire opponent’s deck!
The other cards in the deck are meant to buy time and provide limited control to eliminate the opponent’s minions before the deck is destroyed. This ensures that Disguised Toast’s deck cannot help the opponent win if he does not swap it back.
