For “some reason,” he decided not to kill an enemy player because he thought their skin looked cool. And as it turned out for him, it led to “the best session he ever had with a random player.”
The other Raider was looking for a Leaper to take down, so the two set off to tackle it together. After they successfully returned to Speranza, they added each other as friends and continued to play as a duo for another three hours.

“Duo PvP is really great,” writes Funter_312 in the Reddit thread, “3v3 feels like ‘Go Random Bullshit’, like the other team is throwing a million Poké Balls at you. 2v2 is usually a great mix of weapons, gear, and attention.”
Other Raiders are puzzled as to why the player discovered so late how great teamwork can be in ARC Raiders. Such situations are not only a side effect of the extraction shooter but a deliberate mechanic.
