In PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds it is very difficult to win a round and the victory is fiercely contested. However, a player who suffers from an extreme handicap has still managed to carry off the victory – and not just once!
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds allows 100 players to compete against each other and only one (or one team) can remain at the end and carry off the victory with the relieving phrase “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner”. Due to the high player count and the lack of respawns, one mistake can be the last, and victory is known to be fiercely and intensely contested.
Many players of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds have therefore already played the game dozens of times and still never won.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds – Playing Despite Paraplegia
Even more impressive is the performance of a player known on Twitch as RockyNoHands. Rocky has been in a wheelchair for over 11 years and is completely paralyzed. He cannot move his arms or legs. Nevertheless, he is an enthusiastic gamer and streamer. Due to his disability, he uses a special controller called Quadstick that he can operate with his mouth and head.
It all sounds quite complicated, but through long practice, Rocky can now play effectively and so well that he has already been the last one standing in a match of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds multiple times.
How Rocky managed to grab the Chicken Dinner can be seen in the embedded video above. Another video of a previous victory in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds by Rocky can be found below this paragraph. Enjoy watching!
