He is no longer as angry and aggressive as before, but tries to lead a quiet life with his son Atreus. Unfortunately, this does not work, and both are on a journey to accept themselves and their past. The father-son relationship makes Kratos a relatable figure.
In terms of gameplay, you are slower than in previous titles and fight more tactically with an axe, blocking, and parrying. The environments you traverse are always fascinating, and Santa Monica’s interpretation of Norse gods shouldn’t shy away.
