A bit later than usual, Sony recently officially presented the new free PS Plus games for April – and the new line-up is once again impressive. This month’s free games include one of the best adventure games on the PS4 and a strong racing sim for speed junkies. Both are now available for download.
These are the PS Plus titles you can look forward to in April 2020: In April, there are surprises in store for you and your PS4
- The PS4-exclusive adventure “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End”
- and the off-road racing simulation DiRT Rally 2.0
Both titles received very good reviews and are among the strongest representatives of their genres. So, it’s definitely a strong month for PS Plus subscribers.
When will the new PS Plus games be available? These two free games are available now (since April 7) for all PS Plus members as digital downloads in the PlayStation Store.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
What is Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End? Uncharted 4 is an action-adventure title from Naughty Dog, who are also known for The Last of Us among others.
Uncharted 4 is, as the name suggests, the fourth installment in the Uncharted series and brings the saga of hero Nathan Drake and his adventures to a close.

DiRT Rally 2.0
What is DiRT Rally 2.0? This is a rally simulation and the 13th title in the successful “Colin McRae Rally” series from Codemasters, which is very popular among racing sim fans. The game focuses on realistic off-road racing with cars – rally and rally cross.
In DiRT Rally 2.0, you tackle various stages on picturesque tracks around the world and compete against the clock or other players in different modes – all in modern or classic rally vehicles under different weather conditions and times of day.
The game places a strong emphasis on realism and driving physics. Without a high level of concentration and vehicle control, you’ll end up in a ditch or a tree faster than you can throw your controller at the screen – especially when playing without the numerous driving aids. However, this can sometimes add extra excitement due to the extensive damage model, including numerous repair options.
Who is DiRT Rally 2.0 suitable for? Basically, it’s for anyone whose heart beats for rallying. No other game presents this area of motorsport on the PlayStation 4 better and more realistically.
Anyone looking to have a large fleet with detailed vehicle setups, a complex damage model, authentic driving physics, varied locations, and generally realistic gameplay will be well served by DiRT Rally 2.0.
