Nexon has presented an unusual MMORPG with Project Meta.
News from G-Star, the big fair in South Korea. There, industry giant Nexon introduced a new MMO with “Project Meta”. In Korea, many games are initially called “Project” until they eventually receive other titles. The creators of Tera and Bluehole are also currently working on a Project W.
While the trailer for Project Meta looks typically Asia-MMO, it is cryptic what information is circulating about the title. It is supposed to be a “sidescrolling action MMORPG” that visually orients itself towards Street Fighter 5, says 2p. It is being developed with Unreal Engine 4.
Wow, you probably have to play it to be able to imagine it. Or a publisher is once again being particularly flexible with the term “MMORPG”.
