The Quad Mode in Call of Duty: Warzone has a new kill world record. The last one wasn’t long ago, and it’s already been broken again. A total of 138 kills has been achieved by a squad of eSports professionals in the battle royale mode.
This is what happened: Just last week, players set the kill record in Call of Duty: Warzone. An impressive 121 kills were secured by the team.
Now, a professional team consisting of YouTuber Vikram “Vikkstar123” Singh Barn and 3 players from the Call of Duty League eSports team Atlanta FaZe has broken the record, achieving a remarkable 138 kills in battle royale.
This was the team’s performance: The 138 kills were distributed among the 4 players as follows:
- Cellium achieved 36 kills with 11,403 damage
- Vikkstar123 achieved 35 kills with 11,237 damage
- Priestahh achieved 34 kills with 10,681 damage
- ABeZy achieved 32 kills with 10,961 damage
Two 2-player teams are hunting for maximum kills
This is how the round went: The round was captured in a livestream from Cellium’s perspective. The record starts at about 01:14:00 and continues until around 01:42:00.
Like the last record team, the professional players also split into two 2-player groups to take down as many opponents as possible.
They only meet late in the match to eliminate the remaining teams in a coordinated manner. The last minutes seem particularly hectic and stressful.
Here’s how 138 kills are possible: Call of Duty: Warzone is played with 150 players on a massive map. Already eliminated players have the chance to re-enter the match through a victory in a duel in the Gulag.
