The upcoming and highly anticipated RPG Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release in less than two weeks, on December 10, 2020, and yet there is already an absurd VR porn parody of the title. However, developer CD Projekt Red takes it with humor.
This is what’s happening: CD Projekt Red has repeatedly delayed the release of the highly anticipated RPG Cyberpunk 2077. Ultimately, it is now supposed to be released on December 10, 2020. Our colleagues from GameStar have already played for 15 hours and will tell you what to expect.
However, the porn industry apparently did not want to wait until December 10 and quickly released its own version of Cyberpunk. An 8K porn parody for virtual reality devices with the unimaginative title “Cyberpunk 2077 XXX Parody”.
This is how the developers are reacting: Rafal Jaki, the Business Development Director at CD Projekt Red, has spoken out on Twitter and takes it all with humor. He writes, “I think imitation is the highest form of flattery?”
In the comments, Rafal also mentions that there was already a porn parody for The Witcher 2. Here the title was clearly more creatively chosen: “The Bitcher: The Dildo of Destiny has two ends”.
The Russian Twitter account of CD Projekt Red also comments on this, stating that there was a suggestive Cyberpunk-themed party in Moscow and wonders how good the cosplays there were.
The community also sees it with humor and is only disappointed by the name. They come up with their own suggestions that are at least a bit more creative and fitting:

- Cyberbang 2069
